Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 3 figs sliced
- 4 thick slices of cooked chicken
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 slices of Pilgrims Choice Mature Light cheddar
- Butter for spreading
Method
- Lay out the bread slices and slick on some butter.
- Arrange each topping on top of each other
- Cut in half, cutting carefully so as not to squash the fillings.
- Eat immediately!
