Ultimate Greens Toastie
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 6 Slices of Pilgrims Choice Lighter
- 100g of Kale chopped
- Low calorie olive oil spray
- Warm a pan and add a couple of sprays of the olives oil spray
- Add in the kale and a splash of water and cook down until soft.
- Toast the bread and lay on the pilgrims Choice
- Pop back under the grill and melt the cheese
- Add on the wilted kale and top with the other slice of bread.
- Eat straightaway!
