Ingredients
200g of your favorite Mexican Pilgrims Choice
1 x sheet of puff pastry
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Generously sprinkle Pilgrims Choice Mexican Cheese over half of the pastry. Bold, spicy, and irresistibly melty—this cheese brings the heat!
Fold the other half of the pastry over the cheese, pressing down lightly to seal.
Roll out the folded pastry to a 1 cm thickness, ensuring the cheese is evenly distributed.
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the pastry into 1.5 cm-wide strips.
Twist each strip a few times to create a spiral shape, then place them on the lined baking tray, leaving space between each twist.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy the flaky, cheesy, spicy goodness!
