Fig, chicken, avocado and cheese sandwich
4 slices of sourdough bread
3 figs sliced
4 thick slices of cooked chicken
1 avocado sliced
4 slices of Pilgrims Choice Mature Light cheddar
Butter for spreading
Lay out the bread slices and slick on some butter.
Arrange each topping on top of each other
Cut in half, cutting carefully so as not to squash the fillings.
