Okonomiyaki with Cheddar

Ingredients

For the mix:
• 120g shredded cabbage
• 30g breadcrumbs
• 60g Pilgrims Choice Vintage Cheddar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp oyster sauce

Method

1. Mix cabbage, crumbs, and cheddar.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and oyster sauce. Combine everything until thick.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add mix and press into the pan. Cook 3 mins each side.
Top with:
• Kewpie mayo
• Spring onions
• Pickled ginger
• Crispy onions
• Nori
• Sesame seeds
